The vibrant Ueno area is a culinary playground! A casual stroll from Mimaru brings you to Usagiya Cafe for matcha delights or IPPUDO for the best ramen. After a long day, we sank into our spacious Apartment with 4 Single-Beds, super comfy, allowing us the perfect unwind time.
However, we did notice a few marks on the hallway rug and doors that could use a touch more TLC.

Friendly staff provided a warm welcome.
We were severely let down by the cleaning service. Light cleaning available only for our three-night stay meant we were in a less than tidy room. Additionally, the price felt excessively high for the limited level of amenities provided.

the room was just OK, with old lounge cushions and a lift situation that requires you to wait. i expected at least a complimentary treat for all my troubles, yet nothing was offered. i've seen better for less. a real disappointment, especially for the price! i almost thought about a good review, but just couldn't.

We had a great time with a spacious room and a well-equipped kitchen that made family meals easy. The bunk beds for the kids were super fun! The only downside was the cleanliness—it could use a little more attention.

Mimaru offers spacious rooms, and our Family Apartment had a well-equipped kitchenette that made meal prep a breeze for our group of four. The location is unbeatable, with Ueno Station just a 5-minute walk away—what more could you ask for? Plus, the staff went above and beyond, especially Alex, who was incredibly helpful during our stay.
One lift.
